VIEW POINTE HENDRICKS IS INSPIRED BY THE ISLES.
Its open, fluid structure was conceived to perch gently at the edge between land and water.
The shape of the building is a continuation of its environment.
Concrete and glass are bent into curve forms that subtly recall natural and aquatic shapes, softening and highlighting View Pointe's unique location.
On the street side, the building follows the existing streetscape and frames the path to the water. On the east side, it faces the Barcelona canal, standing as a culmination landmark and a beacon for boaters.
The result is an elegant and innovative building.
